1. When an order is placed, and accepted, these terms and conditions
shall be applicable to the contract between you and Infinite Grace
Stationery, a partnership.
2. All product ranges and prices displayed on this web-site are
correct as at 7 January 2005, and are subject to change.
3. All our items are individually handcrafted; therefore the design
of individual items is subject to slight variation. This will not
impair the standard of the product.
4. Please allow a minimum of ten to twelve weeks for us to complete
your order.
5. Once we receive your order we will send you a letter of confirmation,
containing full terms and conditions. No contractual obligation
exists until we send you this letter of confirmation.
6. You will be sent full samples of all your stationery so that
you can approve the design and the wording. When you have thoroughly
checked your proofs and made any necessary amendments to the wording
you will need to sign and return them to us.
7. When your order is ready for despatch you will be sent a final
invoice. As soon as payment has been received in full, your order
will be sent to you.
8. Payment
8.1 A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of the
order.
8.2 The balance will be payable three weeks prior to the despatch
of your order.
8.3 For orders of £100 or less, payment must be made in full
at the time of the order.
8.4 Payment can be made by cheque, made payable to Infinite Grace
Stationery.
9. Delivery
9.1 Carriage will be charged at cost and added to your final invoice.
9.2 We will endeavour to use the most economic service for your
delivery.
9.3 We will endeavour to contact you beforehand to arrange a suitable
delivery day.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1 Any alterations required after we have received signed proofs
(e.g. as a result of negligent proof reading by the client) will
be charged accordingly.
10.2 We accept no responsibility for loss or damage once goods are
despatched.
11. Applicable Law
All contracts will be governed by Scots law.
